As well as this site in the north of Edinburgh, there are three other sites of the Royal Botanic Gardens of Scotland: at Benmore near Dunoon in Argyll, Dawyck near Peebles in the Borders and Logan near Stranraer in Galloway.
Edinburgh - the jewel in Scotland's crown, UNESCO world heritage site and the first UNESCO city of literature...inspiration for writers such as Sir Walter Scott, Robert Louis Stevenson, Irvine Welsh, Ian Rankin and JK Rowling. Our capital and home to about 500,000 people. Come and take a look...you're all very welcome.
